APW Wyott’s RW-1V is a 7qt. warmer with heating elements surrounding the sides to evenly distribute heat throughout the unit. It is designed for wet operation, to keep hot foods, soups, and sauces at consistent levels above 140°F (60°C). These round warmers are constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel for durability, and are insulated to protect interior parts and countertops from heat build-up. Thermostatic controls allow adjustment to low, medium, and high, and a raised liner edge prevents outside condensation. This commercial-grade warmer is designed for reliability and longevity, making it an ideal choice for restaurants and catering businesses. Its thermostatic control ensures optimal temperatures, while the stainless-steel construction and insulation offer optimal heat retention. Serve food safely and consistently with APW Wyott’s RW-1V.
