How to Assemble Confetti Balloon:
- Blow Balloon to desired Size then tie bottom into a knot
- Tie Balloon Knotted Bottom around the Balloon Holder
- Take the Balloon Holder and insert the Regular Straw into the Bottom Holder
- Take the Balloon Holder and Insert into Straw w/Stars
- Take Balloon Glue Dot and apply on Top Tip of Straw w/Stars.
- Take Satin Bow and apply on Balloon Dot
