The Vitamix 1152 wet blade assembly works well with soups, sauces, purées, and sorbets; using it with ice will not damage the components. It fits in 32-ounce, 48-ounce, and 64-ounce containers. Made of hardened stainless steel, the blade does not require sharpening. Its stainless steel bearings are long lasting, keeping the unit running quietly for a long time.
