This torch provides a high-performance adjustable flame up to 2700 degrees Fahrenheit/1500 degrees Celsius, making this ideal for a variety of tasks from crystallizing sugar to perfecting the crust on your steak. Easily adjust the shape and strength of the flame with the adjustable knob. Rotating the knob clockwise produces a concentrated pointed flame while rotating it counterclockwise produces a more gentle spread out flame. Comes with a stand that attaches to the butane canister to stabilize the torch on hard surfaces. Butane cartridges are sold separately.
